Question 1

How do I choose between a guide, template, and bundle?

Accepted Answer

Start in the shop and use the product-type filters. Choose a guide for a standalone guide, a template for a standalone template, or a bundle when you want the published collection of included guides and templates together. Each listing shows its description, file details, and published price so you can choose the format that fits the task at hand.

Question 2

How do I review and purchase a published listing?

Accepted Answer

Browse the published catalogue in the shop. Open the product details page for a guide or template, or the bundle details page for a bundle, to review the description and available details. When the listing is ready for checkout, choose its purchase action to continue to hosted checkout. After checkout, follow the return link to the purchase confirmation page.

Question 3

When is the download shown?

Accepted Answer

The download is shown only after the completed payment has been verified. When you return from hosted checkout, the confirmation page checks the checkout session first. An unverified payment does not unlock the file; once verification succeeds, the page shows the immediate download for that purchase.

Question 4

How can I return to a verified purchase later?

Accepted Answer

After verification, a private secure link is emailed to the address supplied during checkout. The link is scoped to that purchase and takes you back to its download later. It is time-limited and currently expires after seven days.

Question 5

What if the emailed secure link is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Use the immediate download on the verified confirmation page when it is shown. If email delivery failed or needs to be retried, use the retry option on that page. If you still need help, contact PocketLantern Goods at pocketlantern-goods@polsia.app. If the payment is not verified, return through the original checkout confirmation link and try verification again; the download remains locked until verification succeeds.
